How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Scottsdale?
Most full kitchen remodels we build land between $65,000 and $160,000, depending on layout changes, cabinet line and stone. A cabinet refacing project with new counters usually runs $25,000 to $45,000.
How much is a bathroom remodel?
Guest and hall baths typically run $18,000 to $42,000. Primary bathrooms with a curbless shower and freestanding tub are usually $38,000 to $95,000.
How long will it take?
Kitchens take 6 to 10 weeks of construction and baths take 3 to 6 weeks, after 4 to 6 weeks of design and ordering. Your contract lists exact dates.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Yes, most clients do. We put up zip-wall dust barriers, protect floors and can set up a temporary kitchen with your fridge and microwave.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull City of Scottsdale permits and schedule every inspection. The cost is included in your fixed price.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Arizona ROC #329417, bonded, with full liability and workers' comp. Every job is covered by our 2-year workmanship warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. 18 months same-as-cash and longer-term loans through lending partners, on approved credit.
